It Is Written | Damn Roy Moore

A federal common law judge in Huntsville, Alabama has reviewed the US Supreme Court’s universal accommodation of the institution of marriage, and determined that while government ultimately has no jurisdiction either way, the decision to accommodate is consistent with the sometimes abstract concepts of equality. While it is understandable that religious fanatics, like the plantation bosses, are opposed to that extended accommodation, they have summarily failed at many, many opportunities to present a valid legal argument based on the US Constitution, instead basing their dissent on nothing other than their personal religious beliefs.

Roy Moore and the Alabama Supreme Court continue to engage in their own jiggery-pokey attempts at violating the separation of church and state – to the extent that they can now be said to be in contempt, even seditious, and therefore ought to be immediately censured, and reviewed for additional legal proceedings by the DOJ and even immediate constraint by federal marshals in order to forestall additional incitements in the name of ‘Ala’ at a point when national security concerns are already heightened. In short, Roy Moore et al. are acting in synch, and more likely in concert, with the jihad of international terrorism.

All marriages in Alabama should proceed immediately with no further arbitrary obstacles, which have absolutely no chance of success.
